Autumn Wind, about Half Way Done.

Just wanted to update on my Autumn Wind piece; I'm about 50 percent done (i think) and here's what it looks like at the moment. I need to do some more shadows on the dress, paint the cape (instead of just photo collage), do a highlight layer, and of course create a background.

OH that's freakin cool. You rock. I actually kinda like the photo collage look for the leaves.

yeah man this is looking pretty sweet, just thighten it up a bit. I like the bg color, but why not try using a gradient of green mixed with the orangish color to make the woman pop out more. like the almost an outlike of green and then fade into the orange

Great work Dave. Good job of colour keying it to give the autumnal feel. The leaf texture is pretty nice as well. I remember you saying that you were going to have leaves breaking off the cloak and it would be cool, at this stage to have some leaves floating in the wind, separate from the cloak, adding to the sense of movement.
